Our Story and Vision

nVisage was born from Ramya and Shashi’s shared vision of leveraging expertise to create meaningful impact. In 2020, amidst the challenges of relocating to Sweden during the Covid-19 pandemic, Shashi embarked on a master’s journey in Machine Learning and Statistics. As new immigrants navigating an uncertain world, these experiences inspired deep conversations about a pressing need they identified — empowering businesses and mission-driven organisations with data-driven insights, strategic clarity, and operational efficiency. These reflections laid the foundation for nVisage, dedicated to turning visionary ideas into actionable success.

What began as a one-person management consulting practice in 2021 has grown into a dynamic firm with a global footprint. Over three years, nVisage has partnered with over 25 clients across 13 countries, completing 60+ projects. Our journey has taken us from working with local Swedish startups to collaborating with nonprofits, social enterprises, and global organizations. Along the way, we’ve learned the importance of adaptability, innovation, and staying true to our mission-driven ethos.
